1. OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Yueke Outdoors. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yueke Outdoors. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

2. PRODUCT PERFORMANCE (SOLAR & RECHARGEABLE)

Due to our focus on solar and rechargeable technology for outdoor lighting, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

· Solar Charging: Performance (including brightness and duration) is strictly dependent on sunlight intensity, geographic location, and weather conditions. Reduced performance during winter, rainy, or cloudy days is an inherent characteristic of solar technology and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

· Battery Maintenance: For rechargeable products, the device must be charged at least once every 3 months if not in use for an extended period to prevent battery dormancy or permanent capacity loss. Damage caused by "deep discharge" due to lack of maintenance is excluded from the warranty.

· Charging Safety: Please use only the provided charging cable or a power adapter matching the specifications (Voltage/Amperage) listed on the product page. Using unauthorized "Fast Chargers" may damage internal circuitry and poses a fire risk.

3. PRODUCT CARE & MAINTENANCE (BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY)

To ensure the longevity and safety of your fixtures, the buyer agrees to perform the following:

· Solar Panel Cleaning: Solar panels must be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth every 2–3 months to remove dust, debris, or snow.

· Seal Inspection: For outdoor-rated fixtures, buyers should periodically check that waterproof seals and gaskets are intact.

· Corrosion Prevention: We recommend wiping down metal components with a dry cloth after extreme weather events to prevent surface oxidation, especially in humid or coastal environments.

· Water Damage Disclaimer: For products explicitly labeled as “Non-waterproof” or “Indoor Use Only,” any water ingress caused by outdoor use, exposure to high-humidity environments, or improper cleaning is strictly excluded from the warranty.

4. INSTALLATION & SAFETY DISCLAIMER

· Installation: While many of our products are DIY-friendly, any fixtures involving hardwiring should be installed by a licensed professional electrician.

· Liability: Yueke Outdoors is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or fire hazards resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use in environments exceeding the product's rated IP (Ingress Protection) level.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

· Customs & Duties: Prices displayed do not include import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

· Refusal of Delivery: If a package is returned due to the buyer’s refusal to pay local customs duties/taxes, the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred.

6. WARRANTY & SHIPPING DAMAGE

· Warranty: We provide a [3-Month] limited warranty on the main housing and LED components. This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover: accidental damage, natural battery degradation, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance requirements (including water damage to non-waterproof items).

· Shipping Damage: Fragile components must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to our support team within 72 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the item and original packaging.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Yueke Outdoors, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zhejiang, China.
